As usual, the boys have been busy, busy, busy!

👷‍♂️Tradies, heavy vehicles, construction and infrastructure equipment and vehicles, plant equipment, and everything in between. We have been flat chat keeping everyone on the road. 🚛🚜

With more school holidays creeping up on us once again, our bookings are starting to fill up. Lots of bookings for Diesel heaters, starlink, electrical/ battery upgrades, caravan and trailer maintenance, suspension upgrades, you name it.

💥Bringing in the new year with a bang here at Offgrid HQ!💥

🗣️We have some exciting news to share.

Due to such overwhelming support from our valued customers, We have expanded our workshop space. We’re in the same old place, just with more space! Thus, we have just had a brand new hoist installed, ready to take on more jobs.
Our workshop can now cater to up to 8 vehicles under cover, with allowance for a large/heavy vehicle or large caravan, simultaneously.

💭 We are loving the extra room to accommodate to our customers needs and keeping dreams alive.💭

⚙️We provide a vast range mechanical, auto electrical, automotive air conditioning and diagnostics services for a range of vehicles, including all light vehicles, plant machinery, heavy vehicles and trailers, and marine at our large workshop at Narangba. 🔩

As we wrap up for the year, we would like to say a massive thankyou to all our valued customers for your support this year.

And a massive thanks to everyone for their patience over the last couple of weeks. During not only one of our busiest times of the year, the boss also took time away last week to welcome the newest apprentice to the team. Baby Fraser is here and (almost) ready to join in on the action. 🛠️

This year has been absolutely crazy busy. The boys (and Racquel) are taking a short break for some much needed R&R and will be back on the 5th of January.

Yes… it’s that time of the year again already! 🎅🏻🎄

With a new Apprentice 👶🏼 about to join the gang and Christmas just around the corner, we’re already planning the end of our year. 🎉

We are now getting pretty limited on auto electrical bookings up until the 19th of December.
Mechanical and other services, we still have availability.
To avoid missing out between now and our Christmas closure, please call Racquel at the office to book.

For services, please think about making arrangements for our closure period if your service date falls during this time. Alternatively, please call our office and chat to Racquel to advise an alternative service arrangement to ensure you stay compliant over the closure period.
For installations, removals and transfers, to ensure we can accomodate you in the lead up, please don’t leave bookings until the last minute.

Turning a Pipe Dream into Reality 🤝

We recently had the opportunity to partner with one of our long-standing Pipelining clients, Pipe Tek, to assist in the build of a one-of-a-kind, custom-designed pig trailer and on-board lab. This new asset enables the Pipe Tek team to work comfortably and self-sufficiently in the field, often in remote locations.

The team at Offgrid Automotive, working alongside Pipe Tek,(among many other trades) dedicated long days and nights to ensure the project was completed and ready just in time to be showcased at the Australian Pipelines and Gas Association (APGA) Convention in Brisbane.

This triple-axle custom trailer delivers 33ft of heavy-duty performance, equipped with Cruise master ATX independent airbag suspension, a hydraulic crane, air conditioning, 12V and 240V on-board power (including a large solar system), refrigeration, purpose built work stations, LED lighting, and a premium sound system. As always, our partners at Pipe Tek never fail to impress- this trailer is an absolute standout.

We were proud to be involved in this project and look forward to seeing what Pipe Tek adds to their fleet next.
