Position: Barista and Cafรฉ Hand
Role Requirements:
- Expertise in crafting high-quality coffees
- A bubbly, friendly, and interactive personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong understanding of productivity and teamwork
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving high-end quality coffees and other beverages
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and interactive manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the cafรฉ
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting with cafรฉ duties as needed
