Hi all, just giving an update on a pretty hectic week.

As some of you may have heard I had a life changing event happen last weekend.
I was at a woodchopping event in Noorat Victoria and suffered a fatal cardiac arrest. I am adopted into my family and had no idea I have a genetic issue relating to my heart.
My wood chopping mates carried out CPR until a defibrillator arrived where I died 3 times and was shocked 4 times until a stable pulse was found.

I was quickly air lifted to Geelong hospital where I under went an emergency procedure to rectify the fault.
I am so grateful for my immediate responders and helpers. It was a very confronting experience for my family and friends that were present.

I would like to thanks my team at NSC , Jed, Gordon, Will and Garren for keeping the ship afloat while I was out of action

I’ll be back at work Monday albeit very slowly and will be business as usual. Drs rekon I’ll make a full recovery and will be fitter than before with everything working how it should be.

I also would like to thank the Naracoorte community for the flooding of messages and support throughout the ordeal. This is one of the reasons Kirsty and I have planted roots here. Also another reason why we donate heavily back into the community via Red Cross and the like. You never know when you may need help.

Once again glad to be alive, can’t wait till I can drive again so I can fill my Plymouth up and go for a cruise again.

I know I am a very lucky man……….

Been a bit since our last post but we have been working behind the scenes on a few things coming into the new financial year.

3 Big new changes here at Naracoorte Service Centre.

1: We are now licensed L.M.V.D car dealers and brokers and we have a few cars here for sale at the moment with more stock coming in weekly. We can also look for a particular vehicle on your behalf. (travel and inspect)

2: We now offer local towing with our tilt tray isuzu, great if your not an RAA member and need assistance, shifting a vehicle, or looking at getting vehicles to another location.

3: We are now agents for Gas n Go

We have in stock exchange LPG gas bottles in the 8.5kg, 3.7kg and the 45kg range. Forklift gas bottles are also available.

We also have a new social media team member that will be updating our site weekly with new vehicle stock updates and pictures and information of some of the cool jobs we are doing at the moment.

As always were still doing full servicing on most makes and models, still have our car detailing side of the business, and still fully qualified in Automotive air conditioning.
