Our amazing Service Advisor is heading off to start a new chapter interstate, which means we’re looking for someone great to join our team at Certified Automotive.
If you’re friendly, organised, and enjoy helping customers while keeping a busy workshop running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the role:
• Customer service and booking vehicles into the workshop
• Communicating with customers about repairs and maintenance
• Managing quotes, invoices and general workshop coordination
What we’re looking for:
• Great people skills and a positive attitude
• Good organisation and communication
• Automotive experience is helpful but not essential
• Someone who enjoys being part of a solid team
