2026 VCCA National Rally Newsletter 4 - August 2026
With the rally 2 weeks away, the excitement is building in Cowra and its surrounding towns in anticipation of seeing some of the 80 cars and motorcycles, all over 100 years old.
Arrival
Entrants will be arriving and Registering on Sunday 6 September from 1pm to 4pm at Cowra Antique Vehicle Club situated at Cowra Railway Station, Lynch Street, Cowra.
Touring
Monday and Friday: Vehicles will start at River Park, Taragala Street, (near Aquatic Centre).
On Monday we drive to Woodstock for morning tea, then lunch at historic Carcoar returning to via Mandurama and Belubula Way.
We visit Greenethorpe on Tuesday morning then onto Grenfell for lunch and local shopping or a visit to the Chrysler Museum.
Wednesday is a free day for entrants to explore Cowra’s tourist attractions. Optional High Tea at Club Cowra, to support Lifeline Midwest with a special speaker Andrew Greig.
Back on the road on Thursday as we visit Canowindra via Gooloogong Log Cabin
There is a later start on Friday with morning tea at River Park. Lunch will be at Wyangla Dam. Final Rally Dinner at Club Cowra.

HOT CROSS BUN RUN - CANCELLED

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, this year’s Hot Cross Bun Run, scheduled for Good Friday, has been cancelled.

A much-loved event shared across a number of clubs, it plays an important role in raising funds for the The Royal Children's Hospital. We are all committed to working together to bring the event back next year and continue supporting this very important cause.

Please help spread the word through your networks so no one turns up on the day.

Thanks to our ever-enthusiastic club member Callum Walsh, there will be 4 veteran era Delages on display at the revival on Sunday. Barry Smiths 1909 single cylinder, the McBeth's twin, Daryl & Fiona's 1914 four cylinder R4 and the magnificent 1914 GP Delage of Stuart Murdoch. They will accompanied by Stan's FN and David Provan's single cylinder Cadillac. Looks like a great day out!
