We’ve moved!

Thank you to all our wonderful customers for their support at our Mount Kuring-Gai workshop, however we have made the tough decision to relocate to Perth, Western Australia.

We will be closed for a while, however we will be back in a new capacity in the future!

Lennox’s very clean 1HD-T cruiser has been in for an extended period while we source parts from Japan, rocking up a bit sad with some major cooling system corrosion it’s all sorted now!

🔧 All new oil cooler cover/cooler.
🕰️ Injection timing reset to Toyota spec thanks to tooling.
💦 Full cooling system flush with new thermostat and coolant.

Maintenance is key!

This Navara arrived barely running, with the owner assuming it needed major repairs. Some quick diagnostics revealed very large fuel pressure drops under load. Looking over the vehicle revealed an original 120,000km old fuel filter, replacement yielded a fix.

Regular maintenance goes a long way to warding off issues, everything needs regular attention!

New car warranties!

Did you know that you don’t need to use the dealer for servicing to keep your car’s warranty valid? So long as your mechanic is licensed, quality parts are used and service schedules are met, you can have faith the manufacturer will stand by their product whilst you enjoy the tailored approach of an independent mechanic!

Deep V Marine came to us with one sad BT50 that was struggling to cope with the amount of weight it was hauling.
Upon inspection, we came up with the following solutions;

🔧 parabolic leaf spring suspension kit, specced to handle a tray full of tools.
🔧 Full transmission service with genuine filters and Mercon LV spec fluid, only the best!

One happy owner with full faith restored in his work Ute is the result.

A beautiful example of a well cared for cruiser we’ve had in recently. Factory turbo 12H-T, factory auto and in Sahara trim, examples like this are few and far between nowadays.

We’ve tidied up the few loose ends with;
🔧 Rebuilt front swivel hubs with new bearings, seals and tie-rod ends throughout.
🔧 All new brake rotors, drums, calipers, hoses.
🔧 New harmonic damper and belts.
🔧 Merlot 4WD service with genuine filters throughout.

Leaf springs with the comfort of a coil spring! We’ve fitted a few sets of parabolic leaf springs now, it’s hard to believe how much nicer these utes drive with such a simple change! Paired up with some dampers, this dual cab now rides like a Cadillac.

There’s a fair bit that goes into getting your 4wd to drive nicely, and spring selection is one of the most common reasons for a disappointing result, why not let us figure out the details!

This particular Hilux needed some spring mount repairs due to incorrect hardware being installed, all sorted now and never to be an issue again.

The owner even loaded it up to prove it’s still just as usable with a payload on the back!

One of our regular customer’s BT50 had some failed dampers, and squeaky leaf springs. All sorted and driving better than ever with;

front and rear dampers, setup to retain the lifted suspension.

leaf spring bushes and greasable hardware, no more squeaks!
