Not all air conditioning jobs are simple…

This 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0L Diesel came in for our Compressor, Condenser Replacement + Regas Package ❄️

On this model, the compressor sits in an extremely tight location. To access it properly, our technicians had to:

🔧 Remove the left-side wheel and access through the wheel arch
🔧 Partially remove sections of the turbo housing
🔧 Carefully work within a very tight engine bay

It’s a much more involved job than most vehicles, but it’s all part of working on European 4WD platforms.

Once completed, the system was:

✔️ Reassembled correctly
✔️ Vacuum tested
✔️ Regassed and performance checked

Now this Range Rover is back to delivering ice-cold air ready for the Queensland heat.

This vehicle came in with weak cooling and repeated refrigerant loss.

We injected UV dye into the system and performed a professional leak detection test. Normally, evaporator leaks can only be seen under a UV torch…
