Starting the week off with being on the judging panel for the RV Salesperson of the Year, then moving into the three-day conference, at the world-class Royal Pines Resort & Golf Course โ›ณ๏ธ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒด

We heard from an incredible lineup of key speakers, with multiple sessions running, plus trade area. This conference is a โ€˜choose your own adventureโ€™, you can pick and choose what you want to do, and get the most out of it to suit your business. The industry connections made every year at this conference are invaluable ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

๐Ÿฅ‡๐ŸŠ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ My favourite speaker this year was Olympic Champion Ariarne Titmus, sharing her insight to being at the top of the Swimming world, to her transition as a Channel 7 commentator, and soon to be the new Whatโ€™s Up Downunder Host for 2026.

The CIAA sure know how to put on a party ๐Ÿฅ‚๐ŸŽ‰ and the country night at Movie World was so magical โœจ complete with live music and line dancing, a pig on the spit ๐Ÿ– all you can eat dessert bar + Peterโ€™s Ice-creamery was open all night - oh my!! ๐ŸฆMovieworld at night is really something, how lucky are we!

Then we were treated with the most spectacular event I have ever attended, that was the Masquerade Ball at the big finale of the week, the Gala Dinner! ๐ŸŽญ Truly, no photo can show the magnificent ballroom, enchanted tree bar, and every detail to make it amazing! ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ

๐Ÿ“ฃ A huge congratulations to Wayne Chevis from MDC Caravans and Campers for winning the ๐Ÿ†2026 National RV Salesperson of the Year๐Ÿ†and to Andrew Sloan also from MDC, Vicky Taylor from Find My Van and Louis Shepherd from Green RV, well done on your interviews, and you are all outstanding salespeople!

As I head home, after a 4:30am alarm ๐Ÿคช Iโ€™m really missing my kids and my dogs, especially Jet our pup!

The focus is now looking ahead to the next 12 months of growth, and some exciting expansions here at True North RV ๐Ÿฅณ
