This isn’t factory-line drudgery. It’s practical, hands-on work where carpentry, electrical know-how, plumbing skills, and custom fabrication all come together. One day you might be working on a full van conversion, the next you’re strengthening a horse float, refitting a motorhome, or turning an older caravan into something road-ready and reliable.
THE WORK YOU’LL BE DOING
Your days won’t be repetitive. You’ll be involved in:
* Modifying and fitting out motorhomes, caravans, camper trailers, and floats
* Cabinet-making, plumbing tasks, and electrical installs
* General repairs, structural upgrades, and fabrication
* Rolling up your sleeves on full RV builds from blank shell to finished traveller
Every job you take on helps someone get back out on the road — that’s the kind of work you can be proud of.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need to be a master tradesperson. If you’ve got experience in carpentry, vehicle conversions, or any hands-on trade, great. If not, a solid work ethic, willingness to learn, and an eye for detail count just as much.
You should be able to solve problems, work alone when needed, and contribute to a team with enthusiasm. A current driver’s licence is essential.
