Over the last three weeks we've been putting together a brand new 3 axis plasma table with all the fruit. This machine is a clone of the machine we built 4 years ago with the addition of a water table and torch probing. After this one, I'm thinking a CNC tube cutter!

Keeping ourselves occupied with a set of gravity cast polyurethane moulds for an old school Mazda RX2 centre bearing. CNC machined on our new CNC mill. Not bad for first parts off the machine..

We have one of our power steering racks in a buggy locked and loaded ready for the 2023 season. This will debut at the Jamalka event near Tumby Bay. We are hoping for exceptional performance from the unit and looking forward to feedback from the driver.

Been a few weeks completing customer projects, but we're back into the trucks and charging ahead with aluminium panels, interior parts, cooling systems, steering and will be making a start on driveshaft components next.

We're looking for a prototype tester. We have been developing an Australian made 2.5 inch power steering rack for off road buggies or trucks that we need some real world testing data on. If you're interested in working with us to finalise the development please email us at [email protected] or private message the page. A key condition of application is that we are able to get real test data asap. To go onto a currently competing vehicle. We will also consider selling the unit outright if anyone is interested.
