Morpeth Motor Garage is a family-owned local Mechanical workshop with a great team environment and are rapidly growing.
We are currently seeking a motivated down to earth person to join our busy team.
We have a strong focus on work life balance.
Location: Morpeth
Immediate Start casual position with potential to move to part time / Full time
Wage: Competitive salary for the right candidate

What we are looking for:
Drivers Licence Essential
Fully Qualified light vehicle Mechanic Certificate Essential
Air Conditioning Licence Desirable but not essential
Auto Electrical desirable but not essential
Hours to be agreed on with the right person
Attention to detail a high standard of workmanship is a MUST!
Ticket for Air Conditioning work a bonus but not essential.
e-Safety Inspection ticket desirable but not essential.

What you will do:
Repairs and Servicing to be undertaken.
Able to work well as part of a team but also able to work autonomously.
Ability to diagnose vehicles and repair faults.
Ability to accurately quote jobs.
Have a sound knowledge of a variety of all vehicles,
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Opportunities to grow develop skills.
Good communication skills both written and verbally.
Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
Reliable and punctual
Have a passion for working with vehicles

Sorry everyone, as most of yous have been aware had somethings happening that have taken a bit longer then expected to sort out and still having phone issues (partly my fault... being im on my 3rd phone for this month), but its looking like everything should hopefully be sorted and back to normal on Wednesday all things going well. Sorry for inconveniences and not being able to commincate more often (currently using old tablet using MacDonald's wifi). Look firward to get back into swing of things and hopefully everything back to normal on wed. Thanks every

Hi everyone, just a little reminder that all hoodies are in stock and waiting to be picked up for those who requested them. We have 30+ hoodies sitting there that basically no one has picked up.If everyone could please drop in at early convenience would be good.
