Australian Rod & Custom Warwick Dragfest 2026 🏁🏁🏁

What a awesome 3 days of racing, having fun and making great memories 🏁🏁🏁

330 Racers turned up to Australia's Biggest annual 1/8th Mile event and man did they put on a show for us all. We are very proud to give away over $27,000 to our Sportsman Brackets for Winners & Runner Up + our awesome trophys & top qualifier medlions from Unreal Plates. So a massive thank you to all our bracket & naming right sponsors for making this happen.

We did battle wet weather leading up to the event but we still managed to have the track & facility in top notch condition. Alot of work went in behind the scenes in the last 2 weeks from building a new tow vehicle road to stop congestion on the return road, Painting the start line, scraping all the rubber off the 1/8th mile & re prepping the surface, finding and cleaning up over 70 extra pit spots and line marking. Setting up our new merchandise container, finding slicks to prep the track with etc. Every single job that needed doing before the event.

Massive thanks to all the racers & crew for leaving the pits in best possible shape with very little rubbish. And for putting on a show.

Spectators braved out the very cold & windy winter like weather friday-saturday & sunday to not miss any action. And man they got to see a show.

Massive thanks to all our Warwick Dragway Volunteers & Officals from the front gate, spectator parking, pit parking, canteen, staging lanes, back of the lanes, scruitneering/office team, track officals, burnout box & startline, top loop, tower girls, announcers, ticket box girls, cleaners, every one behind the scenes, im sure i have missed a few but we thank you all. Mammouth effort team.

Split Imagine Band for putting on a great live performance at our Racers & Crew party Saturday night.

From Stew Priors 3.63 @ 200mph A/Fuel Dragster pass to our First 3 second Doorcar pass - Steve Smith 3.84 @ 205 mph. To one of the closest racing passes between Christine Steffans & Steve Tattam in Blown Outlaws. The racing was unreal. All girl Young Guns winner & runner up just to mention a few highlights.

Today's schedule for Day 3, few small changes. Outlaws will now run closer to 9.30am for round 2 🏁🏁🏁 we will be pushing to have finals closer to 3.30pm.

Attention in the pits, if you are out of competition and wont make it out on track today please tell the officals in the scrutineering shed this morning, this process makes our job in the staging lanes alot easier knowing your out.

Day 2 done & dusted 🏁🏁🏁

What a massive day, got through all our brackets and ended up ahead of schedule thanks to our hard working volunteers.

Today is the 3rd & Final day of Australian Rod & Custom Warwick Dragfest 2026.

So get your Back Side Trackside, action from 9am until 4pm.

Final day to catch all the action from Blown Outlaws - Radial 6.00 to Young Guns & Bikes + many more classes.
