Wet bead blasting is a versatile and highly effective process that can cut costs and time to your industry or restoration project, providing you with outstanding better than NEW results for you and your customers. We take pride in the work we do and treat your parts as if they where our own and welcome small or large batch sizes. Why choose wet bead blasting?

•Far superior to dry bead blasting, cleans by flow not by impact.

•Environmentally friendly

•Eliminates the need for re-painting, final results are a factory finish look. Vapour blasting/wet bead blasting will gently clean away all the years of grime, dirt and oxidisation from the components surface without any damage or dimensional change or by eroding away any metal the way aggressive sand blasting does. Water creates a lubricating cushion for our soda-lime glass beads, protecting both the media and component from excessive wear or breakdown. Before bringing your parts in, please ensure
components are disassembled and any parts you do not want blasted, removed. Parts must be degreased, paint free and free from heavy dirt build up. Alternatively for a small fee, we can remove paint and degrease small components. PioneerFinishes.com.au

Vapour blasting of aluminium die castings is a cost effective way to remove the build up of scale and residue which happens in the manufacturing process.

The non abrasive process of vapour blasting will not remove any base metal of the mould just the scale and build up. This leaves a better than new mould to go back into service and maximises the life span of the mould.
