SERVICE ADMINISTRATION | FULL-TIME

For the first time ever, we have a position available for a dedicated Service Administration Person to join the Oliver’s Motorcycles team!

We’re looking for the right person — someone organised, efficient, confident with customers and phones, and with a genuine basic knowledge and understanding of motorcycles.

🏍️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Managing service and repair bookings for our valued customers
Scheduling workshop jobs and keeping everything running smoothly
Coordinating incoming parts and accessories for workshop jobs
Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service
Booking customers and motorcycles into the workshop
Preparing and explaining invoices
Processing payments and completing motorcycle handovers
Keeping the service department organised, efficient and moving
🔥 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Basic motorcycle knowledge is essential
✔️ Excellent customer service and phone manner
✔️ Highly organised with strong time-management skills
✔️ Efficient, reliable and able to multitask
✔️ Confident dealing with customers and workshop staff
✔️ Someone who takes pride in getting the job done right

MONDAY – FRIDAY | 8AM – 5PM
