We had this FGX Falcon in for a dyno tune

Upgraded with
2300 Harrop supercharger
Cat back exhaust system
Twin in tank pumps
1000cc injectors

Making 455kw/611hp with 12psi on pump 98 also dialling in the stock ZF with our trans tune to handle the extra power

We also added ghost cams which made this one tuff sounding Coyote on idle

Some recent 500kw BTR 4 speed set ups we completed and shipped Australia wide

2 BTR’s with stall converters up to QLD going in BA XR6 turbos

1 V8 BTR and stall converter out to Dubbo going in an AU XR8 with a 427 stroker Windsor, tuff set up

1 BTR, stall converter, flexplate with bolts over to Perth going in a BA XR6 turbo

These built BTR’s along with stall converters to suit and our trans tune, are built intentionally to be raced and we’ve seen mid 10s with over 130mph consistently with only 400rwkw in full weight Falcons

This tuff Cortina with a 4V alloy headed Clevo in for a C4 rebuild and dyno tune

Already having a selection of aftermarket parts we added performance frictions and band along with revising the valve body to suit the angry Clevo

On to the dyno to go over the engine tune with some fuel and timing and ending up with 419hp/312kw of naturally aspirated old school grunt

With the manualised forward pattern C4 and high stall converter this thing would be a handful on and off the track

This immaculate BA XR6 turbo was sent to us for our built BTR 4 speed and high stall converter

It was set up with a manual controller and ratchet shifter

We reverted it back to original with the factory shifter, replacing the chopped up harness and returning it back to auto shifts with tiptronic
So much better to drive on the street and still does the job at the race track

BF F6 engine
GTX wheel factory turbo
Aftermarket intercooler
Exhaust system
1000cc injectors

We dyno tuned it making 333kw/446hp with 19psi on 98 along with our BTR trans tune

Now having our 500kw rated built BTR this car is ready for future turbo and performance upgrades to make more power

We rebuilt the ZF in this FG XR6 turbo and installed a set of 1000cc injectors

We then dyno tuned it with already having
Antz 35/82 turbo
Aftermarket intercooler
Full exhaust system
Head studs, valve springs
Billet oil pump gears
Atomic timing chain kit
In tank fuel pump
Pump 98

On 19psi it made 381kw/511hp with our ZF trans tune to suit for more positive and sharper shifts

After upgrading to a Garrett G42 1450 we ran Peter’s car up on the hub dyno and we were all very impressed with the results

With 4 dyno passes to back it up

Next is to go out and beat his PB of 9.1 @ 156mph with his previous G42 1200

Already having the usual bolt ons we also added a fuel pressure regulator followed by a dyno tune leaving with 400kws on 98 fuel

JET•4LR in for a BTR build

This tuff looking Falcon Ute was in need of a box to suit

It absolutely burnt the frictions and band to the point there was barely any left

Now having our built BTR and stall converter this awesome example of an XR6 Ute is ready for more power, street cruising and track events

We need more of these turbo 90s Falcons out there 💪

9.1 @ 156mph with 1.53 60ft

We said we’re not stopping with our built BTR 4 speeds and at todays private test meet Peter smashed his previous PB of 9.6 @ 145mph

We ran a low boost pass of 9.3 @ 150mph with a 1.49 60ft
Then the high boost pass of 9.1 was a slower 1.53 60ft but we couldn’t go out again to better that 60

Next is chasing that 1.40 or high 1.3 60ft. Safe to say that 9.1 has alot more in it, and we’re not stopping there

Full weight BA XR6 turbo and still retaining auto and tiptronic functions of the BTR
