Clean Mazda rx7 fd. Guard work performed to maximise wheel clearance front and back. Paint microns measurement of 0.73thickness all around. This work was done on fresh paint which is much harder to work on given there is a paint cure time before it can be safely worked on.

Guard work allowed this GT86 to airbag lower than before as the guard lip snagged the tyre..

Front paint microns thickness measurement check @0.54mm and heat temp range monitored from 103-120 safe. Rear guards shaved for maximum wheel clearance for Work Meisters. Final outcome speaks for itself
