: Hyundai has issued recalls for thousands of cars due to reports of a manufacturing defect, with fears the vehicles could suddenly lose power whilst driving.

According to the recall notice, the fuel control valve in the high-pressure fuel pump could allow excess fuel to enter the pump and cause the engine to stall, with almost 5,000 cars - including the Genesis G70, the Hyundai Kona N and the i30 Sedan N - potentially impacted.
