​Pulled off this Holden Astra thermostat housing to find the internal plastic channel completely broken away. With nothing supporting the rubber gasket, it deformed under heat and pressure, causing a major coolant leak and severe overheating.

This Mitsubishi Magna V6 came into the workshop because the owner kept having to top up their coolant.
​We hooked up our cooling system pressure tester to track down the leak, and sure enough, the radiator top tank was shooting out coolant under pressure! 🔍💦
​Ignoring a disappearing coolant issue can quickly lead to severe engine overheating and costly head gasket damage. If you notice your fluid levels dropping or spot any leaks, get it checked before it leaves you stranded!

Customer came in saying the driver’s side power window wasn't rolling down.
​After removing the door trim and inspecting the power window master switch, we found the issue—a hole worn right through the button casing! Because of this, it wasn't pressing down on the internal white trigger mechanism anymore.
​A simple switch replacement brought it right back to life! 🔧✨
