AMA Collision Bellarine

AMA Collision Bellarine is seeking an experienced and motivated Smash Repair Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:As an Estimator, you will play a key role in assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair quotes, and liaising with customers, insurers, and the workshop team to ensure smooth repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates

Communicate with insurance companies and customers

Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate repair planning

Maintain strong attention to detail and quality standards

Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar estimating role within the smash repair industry

Strong knowledge of repair methods and industry standards

Experience using Audanet (highly regarded)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
