'Tanami' the 110 Puma Td4 Defender is back for new suspension, new trailer plug, new Redarc 240v invertor and solar dc-dc redarc charger, full 4x4 service, new transfercase output seal, upgraded gear shifter mechanism from Synchro gearbox's in the UK, and new alluminium gear sticks. Also installed brand new Brembo disc rotors front and back and Bendix 4x4 brake pads.
The paintwork we did a few years ago and Gullwing access windows are still holding up strong. Love this car! Thanks Barry for trusting us to maintain and upgrade your touring vehicle!

Update on the LS3 v8 Perentie for Paul.
Custom battery boxes complete. Waterproof posts, tig welded 5mm alloy brackets and laser cut and folded boxes. All designed custom for our client. We needed a 3deg wedge spacer for the LHS as land rover only folded the tub bed 90 deg on the RHS from factory!
Next step is the rear 2nd row forward facing seats, roll cage, water tank, camping drawers and centre console fridge!

Series 2 clutch pedal tower assembly rebuild for Brian. Pedal and housing stripped down, sandblasted, hole for the trunnion in the pedal welded up and CNC bored back to the original size. Trunnion repaired, spacer tube, pushrod acid dipped and re-zinc. Master cylinder TRW replaced with a series 3 type as the brake system is being upgraded to a servo pedal tower. New cover plate and screws. Painted in red oxide primer and semi-glass black.
Steel pin for pedal shafted once removed unless you are using another steel solid pin and peining it over use a heavy split pin. (Firm fitting roll pins work themselves loose over time! Not sure how but I have had them almost come out when servicing clients Landys 12-24mnths later!)

Not much has changed on the clutch pedal tower from this S2 1960 to a 2013 defender! (Img 4)

British Spitfire-inspired Land Rover seats to suit Series 1958-85. (But with more upholstery and cushion!) Potential new product R&D finishing up soon. We want it to be able to fold down as per original design but have some of those key features such as the holes along the bottom of squab to tye the lower section of the upholstery and slip case style for the top. The exposed side panels are a feature and the round shape of the top is Spitfire and reminiscent of the classic 80" too! Let us know in the comments what you think or msg us if this is something that you would want to purchase!
