Customer brought in their vehicle for an unusual noise, after a thorough inspection, we diagnosed a failed water pump. Coolant had leaked into the water pump bearings, causing them to wear and create the noise the customer was hearing.

We replaced the faulty water pump, checked the cooling system, and carried out final testing to ensure everything was operating as it should.
