Between the wet weather and a couple of breakdowns today, we were almost in the poop… literally 💩

Unfortunately we had to shut the toilets for a little while (never ideal at a roadhouse). On the bright side, the fence line and grass out the back got an excellent watering while they were closed… so at least something benefited 🌱😂

Massive thank you to Simkin Electrical Services and Parker’s Liquid Waste for coming to the rescue and getting everything sorted before things got properly sh*tty. Absolute legends! ⚡🚛

To our usual morning legends! Due to the wet weather and a bit of a staff shuffle, we’ll be opening at 6:30am instead of 5am tomorrow.

Due to the wet weather and being a bit short-staffed tonight, we’ll be closing up at 7pm.
Turns out running a roadhouse in a monsoon with half the crew missing is slightly above our pay grade.

No pizzas tonight folks! 🍕🚫

Between the flooding around the area and a few staff being stuck on the wrong side of the water, we’re a little short-handed tonight so the pizza oven is getting the night off.

Thanks for your patience while the weather is doing its thing. Stay safe out there and we’ll be back on pizza duty soon!
