Kira resides in Adelaide and visits periodically to spend time with her mother. Whenever she is in the area, she entrusts us with the care and servicing of her vehicle. Kira purchased a vehicle that unfortunately had several issues; throughout the entire process, she remained patient, kind, and understanding. On one occasion, shortly before her planned return to Adelaide for work and study, our mechanic was not completely satisfied with the vehicle and wished to retain it for further testing to ensure it was operating perfectly. Due to Kira’s ongoing kindness and understanding—and the same shown by her mother—we made the exceptional decision to lend her our personal vehicle. This gesture was made solely because of the respect and goodwill they consistently showed our team.
2. WAYNE HANN
Wayne has always demonstrated exceptional respect toward all of our staff, both female and male. He is reliable, pays his accounts promptly, and communicates openly if he anticipates any delays. Wayne also ensures that all previous work is fully paid for before commencing any new repairs. He exemplifies the values we appreciate most in our customers and sets a standard we truly admire. We sincerely thank Wayne for his continued respect, integrity, and support.
