National Volunteer Week feels like the perfect time to shine a light on people like Mark Bateman 🏁

We caught up with Mark from

better known around the Motorsport scene as the Petrol Head Pastor, at this year’s Desert Dash 🏜️🔥

If you’ve spent time around the AORC - Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship series, chances are you’ve seen him making the rounds, checking in on crews, competitors and families alike.

Race weekends can bring the highest highs, but sometimes the hardest moments too. People like Mark are there to lend an ear, have a yarn and make sure support is there for anyone doing it tough.

A familiar face at the track and a big part of what makes this Motorsport community what it is ❤️

Logan Gill was on the loud pedal the entire 400 kilometer’s ✊🏻😎🏆 5th outright and the class won a credit to the pace he ran all weekend against some heavy hitters

Without the ongoing support from guys at Decentralised Demountables Pty Ltd we’d be without the showers, toilets and administrative buildings that make hosting everyone in our makeshift town at the Pooncarie race course possible ! Massive thanks to the amount of time and effort put in by Robert, Josh, Jock and the entire team. If you need anything Demountable look these guys up and return the support 👍🏻
