Diesel car having trouble starting when it’s cold? Try give your glow plugs a moment to preheat the engine before cranking. Turn your key to on for 15 seconds, or until the glow plug light turns off, and then start it up. If not that, then it may be time to get your car looked at

Why can’t we just give you a price on the spot? Every car is different.

Look at oil - different engines take different amounts, specifications, and filters for it to run as best as it can. Either we price you up on the most expensive option to not lose money, or we take the time to do it accurately and ensure the parts are correct and available. End of day we don’t want to overcharge you on the parts your car needs with set pricing

Unsure what our minor service includes?

It starts with a road test to listen and feel for anything the car shouldn’t be doing. We then bring it into the workshop to change the oil, the oil filter, and do the inspection - where we make sure brakes, tyres, and air filters, to name a few, are up to standard. We also make sure to document all issues we notice in a digital report, which is sent to you with photos as reference. If there’s anything we’re concerned about I’ll call to go through our recommendations 😊

Finding it hard to schedule in time to go to the mechanics? Our courtesy cars can solve that problem for you! At no additional cost to the service, just take care and fill up with fuel before coming back. And if the time of day is stopping you, we can organise keeping your car overnight to be picked up at a more convenient time
