Recent repair job on a mates car, this manifold has been through a lot of abuse over the years and the waste gate has finally had enough and decided to fall off. So it was tacked in place to keep the original location it was then ground around all the cracked areas and rewelded and then was cleaned up internally to keep a nice smooth flow of the exhaust gases.

Here is a recent job that was just completed,
We assembled a VK56 Nissan V8 from a Nissan Titan which has been fitted to an S15 Silvia consisting of custom pistons, Spool I-beam rods and a set of kelford cams ( not sure on specs) once the engine was refitted by along with a custom sump which is spectacular to look at and new exhaust, was rolled onto the dyno .solutions and was tuned. It now revs to around 8000rpm and sounds amazing 😍

Been very slack lately on posting updates, so here is an update on my personal car,
I designed my first manifold and welded it up also designed a pie cut dump pipe to be able to retain A/C as well as a 3.5" front pipe to suit.

Recently completed job of two 3.5" intakes for a pair of Evo 7's that were getting mafless tunes from .solutions
