Pro Race Engines Race Engines Pro Race Engines has recently moved from it's humble beginnings in Noble Park to a factory in Clayton. Workshop visits are by appointment only.

Our services include bottom end machining, head porting, crankshaft balancing, engine reconditioning and cylinder head reconditioning. Our engines are tuned inhouse on our SF-902 Engine Dyno. We build anything and everything from aspirated, to turbo, supercharged, procharged and fuel injection.

2026 Nitro Champs - Recap

Luke bought the altered back out to play in a big Super Comp field. We have managed to work through the set up gremlins of this car and have learnt a few things. We managed to get a base line set up which we will now work towards turning up the power. Luke ran a PB of 7.77 @169 MPH which is knocking on the door of the C/AA record. He was able to win a few rounds, ending his day in the semi-finals against the eventual winner, Craig Geddes.
A semi final finish keeps Luke in the number 2 position in the current NDRC championship chase, only 20 points behind the leader, Warren Allen.
The question now is, does Luke run the B dragster or the C altered at Winter Nationals?

Adriana took a first round loss this meeting, breaking out with a 7.05 on a 7.07 dial in. During qualifying the dragster kept throwing us gremlins that we have been chasing over the last 2 meetings. At the end of qualifying we found a small issue, rectified it and the car showed us that it is almost running back to its normal self after being a bit on the slower side over the past few months. Adriana has now dropped to the number 2 position by 10 points in the championship.

Now we get ready to roll into the Winter Nationals at Willowbank Raceway, QLD.
