Today we took our first delivery from our new supplier Tractive.

Tractive make amazing spec suspension options, I’ve used these products for years at previous workshops so I’m proud that AJB can now offer these.

The shock pictured is a direct replacement for the BMW R1250GSA, this is the EX-Perience option offering OEM plug and play functionally, plus a manual High and Low speed adjuster to fine tune.

The AJB Motorcycles family welcomes a beautiful baby boy, Arthur born 14/08/26. Coming a month earlier than planned but doing great in the special care nursery.

We will still be open and offering the same services apart from pick up and delivery for the new few weeks.

Due to being in and out of the hospital I maybe a little delayed in replying to messages but I will be get back to you all.

Gone Racing!

AJB Motorcycles will be closed Thursday 6th through to Sunday 9th back open on Monday the 10th.

We’re heading to SA for the next round of the MotoMini championship to be part of the support crew.

If you’re keen to see what these MiniGP bikes feel like to ride, get down to Mototuesdays at the Oakleigh go-kart track Tuesday nights, starting back up on the 18th.

It’s incredible to think AJB Motorcycles has been open full time for a year. Looking back I never thought what started out as a side business to help the community, would grow into what we have today.
Looking through the old photos taken over the last year, I honestly can’t thank each and every one of our customers, supporters and friends enough. Without your backing and support we couldn’t do what we do.
From my wife at home while I worked 18-20 hours days 7 days a week, to my Dad flying over from the UK to help me when we first opened, and every single one of this community who helped spread our name and reputation thank you.
Truely honoured.

He’s to many more years providing the best quality service and advice to this amazing community we have here in Melbourne.

Many of you would have seen this old girl sitting around our shop, either in the waiting room itself, or outside amongst your bikes.

Today after what feels like forever, this old girl leaves us to go back to its owner. Having being here for storage this classic became part of the furniture, sitting pretty in the corner.

We’re sad to see it leave but happy the customer can finally store it safely and get some use out of it.

Unfortunately for this customer the diagnosis wasn’t the best news.

Royal Enfield Scram 411 was delivered to us on a tow truck after cutting out on the freeway.
After carrying out a few checks, we noticed very low oil in the motor, following permission from the owner we stripped the top end to investigate our suspicions and found them to be correct.
Due to lack of oil the piston had begun to score the bore and damage the rings.
New cylinder and pistol ordered, well get this running again ready to carry on its adventures.

Check your oil level regularly to make sure this doesn’t happen to you.
