With Fabian’s favourite track on the horizon this weekend, we hit up our PCMM Driver with some rapid-fire questions about racing, life on the track, and more. Here’s what he had to say 💬👇
What makes Bathurst so special? “The elevation changes, high-speed corners, blind turns, and the commitment required to be fast make it exciting as a driver.”
Typical race day? “Coffee, breakfast, team meetings, make sure my hydration is good, race!”
Advice for young drivers? “Never give up! You’ll face challenges, but those tough times make achieving your dreams so much sweeter.”
Best moment? “Winning! Anytime you stand on the top step is why we race.”
What role does your team play? “As a driver, you are nothing without your team. They are the unsung heroes that make us look good. Success is built on preparation away from the track.”
Sacrifices? “As a kid, I dreamt of becoming a professional racing driver and did whatever I could to get here. Motorsport is expensive, so I’m thankful for supportive parents who made sacrifices so I could fulfill my dream.”
What’s special about Porsche Centre Melbourne Motorsport? “The people! We all share the same goal of winning. There’s a great vibe in the team right now.”
