Wow just look at this beauty. Grace from Too Cheezy contacted us a over 3 years ago wanting to build her dream food truck but with covid and other set backs her dream truck got pushed back until few months ago when she was ready again and now it's all finished. Featuring a Napoli Oven Co hybrid gas/wood pizza oven with We worked with napoli to have these ovens certified for indoor use and this is the first of them in this custom yellow colour.
The truck features heat proof perspex windows for the oven to be on display so you can't miss it. Grace has become our good friend and we wish her with the absolute best of luck on the new truck.
She'll be trading at all events in Sydney so please go say hi.

Its a 7500 x 3300 custom container Partially fitted out with a Ranghood, firewall and exhaust fan and the rest he will do himself.

Michael from Tex-Oz Smokehouse Werribee had been planning to upgrade his food trailer for many years and he didn't want to make any mistakes to he did all his homework and decided unique food trucks was the one. Michael supplied all of the equipment for us to install and we built this to the millimetre on exactly how he wanted it all.
Today was hand over and we were all excited to see this beauty replace the existing trailer.
