FG Falcon XR6 in for a leaking rocker cover gasket replacement 🔧

This naturally aspirated Falcon has had some very good modifications done in the past, making it a great example of what can be achieved with the Barra engine.

A couple of Android head unit upgrades completed last week 🔧

The first was this PX2 Ford Ranger, which unfortunately missed out on Apple CarPlay from the factory. We supplied and installed an Android head unit with wireless Apple CarPlay, along with a reverse camera to improve everyday usability.

The second was a Holden RC Colorado with virtually no connectivity features from the factory. The difference these units make to older vehicles is huge, bringing navigation, music streaming, hands-free calling and smartphone integration into a much more user-friendly package.

We can supply and install Android CarPlay head units into most makes and models.

This 2022 Ram 1500 came in for a log book service and inspection, along with a ticking noise the owner wanted checked out.

The noise had been there for some time and was really bugging the customer, to the point he’d had enough and wanted it sorted properly.

These exhaust manifold cracks are quite common on Ram 1500s, and sure enough we found the right-hand manifold cracked, which was causing the ticking noise.

To fix it properly we replaced both exhaust manifolds with quality replacements from

✔️ Log book service completed
✔️ Full vehicle inspection
✔️ Both exhaust manifolds replaced

No more ticking and the truck is back to running the way it should.

2021 Mustang GT in for a scheduled log book service and full safety inspection.

Fresh oil and filter, comprehensive vehicle check-over, and everything documented to maintain factory warranty and service history.

This BF GT came in leaving its mark everywhere it parked.

Oil leaks front to back and a turbo setup that hadn’t been finished off properly the first time around.

To fix it the right way, most of the turbo kit had to come apart anyway — and once it was apart, it was clear it needed more than just new gaskets.

So we corrected it properly.

✔️ Front main seal
✔️ Rear main seal
✔️ Sump gasket
✔️ Rocker cover gaskets
✔️ Exhaust manifold gaskets

With the system apart, the turbo setup was reassembled correctly — no dodgy fit-ups, no rushed installs.

Our fabricator also:
✔️ Re-plumbed the external wastegate properly
✔️ Installed a catalytic converter that had previously been deleted

If it comes apart here, it goes back together the right way.

No leaks.
No shortcuts.

Done once. Done properly.

During inspection we found a small crack in the right-hand rocker cover causing a minor oil leak. The customer has opted to repair this at a later date.
