We installed a Rinehart muffler and rear passenger pegs.
Also made a mesh oil cooler cover to protect the cooler.

Finished off with a major service with Full Synthetic Lucas oils.

Adjusted the Rekluse clutch.
Update the Thundermax tune.

This bike is very special with a Harley custom numbered paint job.
Number 58 of only 150 ever built in the world.

Credit to it’s owner, bike is in excellent condition and well maintained.

We provided a Major service with Lucas full Synthetic oils.

Also upgrade the head light to very bright LED’s and kept the factory look.

This great customer brought in his new 2026 CVO ST 121ci Street Glide in Inferno Grey for some upgrades.

We arranged to have the bike delivered from a HD dealer in Sydney to Melbourne.

Provided a RWC and then installed some upgrades.

Installed:
S&S 2:1 exhaust system with Brembo Red end cap
HD heated grips
Mid mount stabiliser
Front stabiliser
Muller power clutch kit
Rear flush mount number plate holder
Laser aligned bike to frame
Lucas full synthetic primary oil
Lucas full synthetic gear box oil
Easy access fix mounted charging port installed
Adjust both front and rear suspension to suit rider weight
Apple CarPlay adapter for wireless connection
USB C stick for audio music play
Updated firmware to 5057D
Updated all GPS maps
Painted various parts to Brembo Red

We installed a Muller power clutch kit to eliminate the plastic clutch adapter and replace it with a brass fine adjuster and a clutch power Unit that makes the clutch lever easier on your hand.

We replace the rear RHS LED under warranty.

Finished off with a major service Lucas with full synthetic oils.
Also updated the Thundermax software & tune.

Brembo floating rear Disc rotor & pads
Brembo over size front Disc rotor & pads
Alloy intake manifold & gaskets
Straightened gear shift lever (Was bent from a minor fall)
Flo reusable oil filter
Modified, welded & installed front oil cooler guard
Fork tube upper covers
Taped and repaired riser bolt holes
Reinstall RHS switch control & lever unit as it had been poorly installed by others.

Finished off with a major service with Lucas full Synthetic oils.

This great customer brought in his 2024 Breakout 117ci for a service and upgrade.

As with most new Harley’s these days they do not come with a siren, so the customer wanted us to install one.
Simple plug and play job…..

Not exactly,
Yes the siren is a plug and play item, BUT..
Getting to the area where it needs to be plugged into, not so much.

Remove the seat
Remove rear brake caliper
Remove rear axle
Remove rear wheel
Remove side cover
Remove battery
Remove rear under guard cover
Remove BCM/siren caddy
Remove BCM

Now we can plug and play the siren 🤦🏻

Now the reinstall begins….
Not hard to do, just very time consuming.

Finished off with a major service with Lucas full Synthetic oils and a retune of the Thundermax.

A bit of decel popping due to the short exhaust pipes, but we will sort it out.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his 2023 Road Glide Special for some repairs.

Clutch cable had broken off inside the gearbox.

As this bike was built with full custom handlebars with internal cables, getting a replacement was not an option.

So we installed the factory original lower cable to the gearbox.

We install a Muller power clutch kit, to improve and reduce the pressure on the clutch lever/hand and remove the cheap plastic clutch adjuster, for a brass adjuster.

Modified and install a Magnum braided upper clutch cable in black,
To fit, then filled the gearbox with full Synthetic oil.

All fix and bulletproof now.

We also updated the Thundermax firmware to allow for knock control and automatically timing advance.

Another Happy Customer

This great customer brought in his newly acquired 2018 Road King for a service and health check.

We provided a major service with full Synthetic oils, and rear Lyndall brake pads.

We also installed a new air intake and filter.
Kahuna heated grips and wiring.

This is when we found the previous owner had done some of his own wiring and repairs.

To say that the wiring was bad would be a major understatement.
We removed the headlight and the wiring shorted out and almost court on fire, melting the poorly installed cables.

Lots of under sized cables, and cheap cable joiners, and no fuses in sight….

Left hand side handlebar switch set was internally broken and ribbon wire also broken. He had tried very poorly to repair it but made it much worse.

Which means the clutch switch was not working and therefore the
Bike would start in gear.

Repaired all wiring and replaced LHS switch set.
