Put on the new Venetians for my old 67 Impala 4 door hardtop this morning.

Really changes to the look of the car, great fit and sturdy (no rattling I can hear while driving). Also gives a little rear seat fabric protection.

I am trying to gauge if there is interest in these. If you would be interested in purchasing a set please DM me.

New brace made out of 1.6mm flat sheet. Tooling was made for this piece to get the deep indent on the round pressing and to achieve the bead which tappers down in size.

New chassis horn for a customers 57 Chevy. Luckily I found a replacement one, however unlucky one side had a couple of rust holes 😂

Took it apart, blasted it, repaired the rust and installed it on the car. Came out pretty good.

On to the next job!

Little more progress on this 57 Chev 4 door hardtop. This time I made and installed the inner dog legs as well as the tack strip channel (between the wheel tubs and the door frame).

Million times better than what was there. On to the next job.

Full trunk panel set for a customers 67 Impala 4 door hardtop (4 door post and convertible are also the same).

My customer sent me some progress pics of them getting fitted to the car. Looks great!

I do them with an additional fl**ge on the inner edge, which makes them super easy to fit and install. Quarter channels are in 2 piece and spot welded as per the originals, with the tail panel sextions folded and curved in once piece.

Off to the next one....

Almost finished this lower trunk filler panel for a 68 Impala 4 door post. Alot of work on this piece and I'm pretty close to having this out the door (just a couple of small jobs on it 🤞)
