Transponder chip and spare keys for Mitsubishi NS SWB Pajero 🔑 Our client called us out to program a new transponder in. The chip unfortunately vanished when the key shell fell apart, resulting in a no start condition. We got the vehicle running and made spare keys using the supplied blanks at the same time. Saved an expensive dealership bill!

Big things incoming! AutoSurgeon will remain dedicated to its loyal customer base in Mclaren Vale while Joe and ben work together on their dream!

September marks 14 years since I walked away from a secure job and took a leap into the unknown to start EuroSurgeon.

A lot of people have asked where the name came from. The original plan wasn’t a workshop at all—it was a simple mobile mechanic business operating out of the back of an ex-ambulance. Funny how plans evolve.

Over the last 14 years, there have been huge changes, plenty of mistakes, incredible successes, and more lessons than I could ever count. There have been lifelong friendships, some that have come and gone, exciting highs, stressful lows, and everything in between. Every challenge has shaped the business into what it is today.

This September marks another exciting chapter with the launch of EuroSurgeon Adelaide, working alongside our current home at Autosurgeon McLaren Vale while continuing to build on the incredible brand and experience of EuroSurgeon NZ.

What makes this one even more special is that I’m finally building the workshop I’ve always dreamed of. Every design choice, every detail, every finish has been driven entirely by my own vision. None of it would be possible without the incredible teams on both sides of the ditch. Your hard work, loyalty, and belief in what we’re building are what make this possible.

To everyone who has been part of the journey—past and present—thank you. Whether you’ve been with us for years or only crossed paths for a short time, you’ve all played a part in getting us here.

We’re raising the bar with this build. It’s bold, it’s different, and I genuinely can’t wait to share it with everyone.

And to celebrate this next chapter… our opening party at the beginning of October is going to be one to remember. Stay tuned.

It’s no secret that Joe and Ben are a little euro-car obsessed, and it doesn’t stop with the Golfs… even if that’s all Ben seems to talk about. 😆

After years of owning an Amarok and towing the Golf all over the place with it, Joe has developed a real soft spot for them. Looking at the carpark lately, it’s clear plenty of other owners feel the same way.

We’re seeing more and more Amaroks through the workshop, from routine servicing and tyres right through to V6 reseals, axle seals, suspension repairs and everything in between.

Unfortunately, we’re also seeing our fair share of poor workmanship from previous repairs, creating bigger issues than the original problem. The good news is that Amaroks aren’t complicated vehicles — they just need to be worked on properly by people who understand them.

This weekend, the team had the honour of witnessing one of the most beautiful and heartfelt weddings we've ever seen, as our teammate and friend Curtis married the love of his life, Holly.

I don't think there was a dry eye in the crowd as they shared their personally written vows and committed themselves to each other in front of family and friends.

Curtis and Holly, thank you for allowing us to be part of such a special day. We wish you both a lifetime of love, happiness, laughter, and success in your marriage.
