Boilermaker, Sheetmetal worker or welding experience
Allweld Manufacturing is looking for a reliable Boilermaker, Sheetmetal worker with welding experience to join our team. This is a hands-on workshop role suited to someone who can support fabrication work, follow instructions, and take pride in doing things safely and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting boilermakers/fabricators with day-to-day workshop tasks
- Basic welding and tack-ups (Aluminium preferred) where required
- Grinding, prep work, cutting, drilling, and general fabrication support
- Helping with fitout, measuring, marking out, and material handling
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organised work area
- Following WHS requirements and using PPE correctly
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Trades Assistant in a fabrication/manufacturing environment
- Welding experience (MIG; TIG a bonus)
- Good hand/power tool skills and a practical, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Strong focus on safety and quality
Highly regarded
- Forklift licence (LF)
- Welding Experience
- Ability to read basic drawings and measurements

Allweld Manufacturing is looking for a reliable Trades Assistant, Auto Electrician or Accessory Fitter with hands-on experience supporting auto electrical work and 240V tasks (where appropriately qualified/licensed) to join our team. This is a practical, workshop-based role suited to someone who can work safely, follow instructions, and take pride in doing quality work.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting auto electricians with fit-outs, wiring, and accessory installs
- Loom prep, cable runs, mounting components, labelling and tidy-up
- Basic fault-finding support and testing assistance (as directed)
- Assisting with 240V-related tasks only within your qualifications/licensing
- Using hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Maintaining a clean, organised work area and following WHS requirements
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Trades Assistant in an auto electrical / vehicle fit-out environment
- Confidence working around wiring, accessories, and electrical components
- 240V experience (and the ability to provide evidence of any relevant licence/ticket if required)
- Strong safety focus, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude

Allweld Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Afternoon Shift Spray Painter to join our team. This role suits someone who takes pride in high-quality finishes, works safely, and can deliver consistent results in a busy manufacturing environment.

You’ll be working on a range of custom builds and components where presentation, durability, and attention to detail matter.

What you’ll be doing
- Preparing surfaces for paint (cleaning, masking, sanding, priming as required)
- Spray painting components to specification and quality standards
- Mixing and applying coatings correctly (as per product and job requirements)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organised spray area and equipment
