On the last Friday of the month, we wrapped up September the best possible way — celebrating the incredible people who make Allweld what it is! 🎉🔥

A huge thank you to TradeTools for once again joining us and making the day extra special. This is the second time this year Trade Tools has given up their time to come and celebrate alongside our team, and we genuinely can't express how much that means to us. Their generosity and commitment to showing up for the people behind this business is a true reflection of what a great partnership looks like — and we're proud to call them one of ours. 👏

We incorporated into this BBQ a chance for our team members to bring along and show off their pride and joy, and that they did!!

Every project is an opportunity to showcase the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into building transporters from the ground up. It’s fantastic to continue working with a team that trusts Allweld to bring their vision to life.

Casual Cleaner (3 Days per Week)
Allweld Manufacturing is seeking a reliable Casual Cleaner to join our team 3 days per week. This role suits someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well presented, and who can work independently with a consistent routine.
Key duties
- Cleaning office areas (desks, floors, kitchens, amenities)
- Cleaning staff areas and bathrooms to a high standard
- Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene supplies
- Spot cleaning, wiping down high-touch areas, and general tidying
- Following site safety requirements and using cleaning chemicals safely
What we’re looking for
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred, not essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Respectful and professional in a workplace environment
What we offer

Afternoon Shift Spray Painter (Qualified / Experienced or 2nd/3rd year apprentice)

Allweld Manufacturing is seeking someone who has experience, is qualified or is a 2nd/3rd year apprentice Afternoon Shift Spray Painter to join our team. This role suits someone who takes pride in high-quality finishes, works safely, and can deliver consistent results in a busy manufacturing environment.

You’ll be working on a range of custom builds and components where presentation, durability, and attention to detail matter.

What you’ll be doing
- Preparing surfaces for paint (cleaning, masking, sanding, priming as required)
- Spray painting components to specification and quality standards
- Mixing and applying coatings correctly (as per product and job requirements)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organised spray area and equipment
- Identifying defects and rework early to maintain quality and efficiency
- Following all WHS requirements, PPE, and safe chemical handling procedures

What we’re looking for
- Proven spray painting experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Trade qualification (highly regarded) but not essential for the right experience

Shift
- Afternoon shift (hours to be confirmed / discuss at interview)
