Most Budget friendly Aussie mild steel mandrel 3" fully compliant 2.2 Ranger "kit" system as requested. Had to make a tool for this one. No fabrication, no stainless steel and zero fun to do.
I'm pretty sure Hercules assembled this one in the factory.
