The best part about a rain weekend is you don't have to make time to do the yard work, you get to spend your time on the racecars. Some checks and routine maintenance of the Q35 Sprintcar and panels repainted for the Q46 Dirt mod.

There is nothing like the lead up to a race meeting, getting the car ready, loading the transporter, or the roadtrip. When you're at the track it's all hands on deck and after the meeting the trip home, clean the transporter and maintenance on the car. The down side is when that's all done and there aren't back to back race meetings it's back to the reality of work.

We have shifted our focus back to the dirt modified after the Sprintcars successful practice. A massive thank you to the team at Caloundra Engine Centre for fitting in our engine for its refresh. The engine is all bolted back in the car and we will continue on with reassembling the Q46

Queensland V8 Dirt Modified Club Heat 3 with a massive roll over involving Phillip Roberts he was able to emerge from the car under his own power. Phil will no doubt be a sore driver but we are glad he is ok.

We have been a little quiet on social media but we are still hard at work in the shed. From Coffs Harbour to Caloundra and Willawong we have been building up and improving the Q46 dirt modified. A massive thank you to Jack and the guys that helped him get a few spare parts packed and sent away.
