The 2026 Australian Junior Motocross Championship has concluded for the Moto1 Motorcycles KTM Australia Junior Development Team with Mother Nature ☔️ playing a role in the final days action!

Cooper Ford claimed 2nd and 5th in Thursday’s 125cc motos, finishing just 0.312 seconds from the win in the morning race! Cooper wraps up the five-moto 125cc championship 5th overall.

Malachi van Maanenberg delivered 3rd and 2nd in Thursday’s 65cc finals, with 14th in Friday’s mud race, putting him 4th in the Championship.

Darby Clift backed up 7th and 8th yesterday with 10th today in 50cc, earning sixth in the overall Championship!

Lewis Fretwell finished his 125cc campaign with a very strong 5th place in the finals 125cc class Moto, following 13th and 11th yesterday, placeing 13th overall in the 125cc championship.

🏁 Rowdy Rabjones recorded 13th in yesterday’s second 65cc final and another 13th in Friday’s 85cc moto, a championship best of 16th in the 65cc U12 Class for Rowdy.

The Moto1 Motorcycles KTM Australia Junior Development team has been getting stuck into the action at Australian Junior Motocross Championship Shepparton 📍 across the mid week qualifiers wrapping up and Finals beginning.

Malachi van Maanenberg powered to a 65cc heat win today, backing up 2nd yesterday and 3rd place this morning! He also improved from 14th to 10th to 9th across his three 85cc heats transferring into the Finals.

Cooper Ford opened his 125cc campaign with 3rd in Final 1, followed by 11th in today’s second final.

Rowdy Rabjones claimed 2nd, 5th and 10th in his 65cc heats, alongside 8th, 12th and ninth in 85cc qualifying into the Finals with ease in both classes.

Darby Clift delivered 3rd, 8th and 7th in his 50cc heats.

Lewis Fretwell recorded 9th and 10th in his 250cc heats, alongside 16th and 13th in the opening two 125cc finals.

Plenty to build on as the biggest week in junior motocross continues into more finals tomorrow.

DAY 1 AT AJMX ✅

The Moto1 Motorcycles KTM Australia Junior Development team hit the track today for practice & qualifying sessions ⏱️

Cooper Ford led the charge with the 2nd fastest time in 125cc 15–U17 qualifying, while Malachi van Maanenberg put himself 4th in 65cc 7–U10.

Rowdy Rabjones was 5th in his 85cc qualifying group , with Lewis Fretwell placed 11th in his 250cc qualifying group.

A rough day for Darby Clift with a crash in 50cc Qualifying but he will rebound for tomorrow 💪🏻

A solid start to a massive week. Now it’s time to go racing! 🏁
