Precautions for Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As our staff deal with the general public constantly, Harcresp Pty Ltd has chosen to initiate safe handling precautions to ensure that no staff or visitors are compromised in the current spread of Coronavirus.

We are currently implementing advanced vehicle cleaning methods to ensure the safety of our customers.

Southern Forest Hire Cars require ALL visitors to call either Rowan 0400698585 or Moira 0499014016 prior to entering the property.

Once we have agreed that you may enter, please practice social distancing with our staff: i.e. A minimum of 1.5 m distance between people at all times, no hand shaking etc. Please DO NOT attend the property if you have shown ANY symptoms of COVID-19.

EFTPOS facilities are only available over the phone by calling Lauren on 0448718804.

If you must pay in cash, all monies need to be accurate & placed in envelope provided at our office.
Details of payment must also be noted on envelope - Name, Invoice number, Date.

We have recently changed our insurance cover - it makes it more affordable for our customers and much more affordable for us to have this service.

We highly recommend looking at the other sources of car hire cover - aka travel insurance... It is as low as $5 per day - we can't beat that!

What are the hidden fees you need to look out for when hiring a car? And are there better alternatives when it comes to covering yourself for the excess?
