FINAL NOMINATIONS ARE IN!

And can we take a moment to appreciate the incredible number of Junior Sedans nominated for this weekend’s season opener!

It’s fantastic to see so much support for our junior divisions, with the next generation of speedway stars ready to hit the track and put on a show!

The nominations are locked in, Whildy is on track duty and we’re counting down to an action-packed night of racing at the Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway!

THE LIMITED SPRINTCARS ARE HEADING SOUTH!

After an action-packed opening round at Ellenbrook Speedway, the WA Limited Sprintcars are back in action this Saturday night for Round 2 of the 2026/27 Championship at Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway!

🏆 Round 2 – WA Limited Sprintcar Championship

Round 1 certainly delivered plenty of drama, with big crashes, mechanical heartbreak and some fantastic wheel-to-wheel racing.

Glenn Dickinson heads to Manjimup with momentum on his side after taking the opening-round feature win at Ellenbrook, making it back-to-back victories at The Brook.

Matt Hall will be hoping for a change of luck after engine dramas ended his Round 1 campaign before racing even got underway.

With championship points already on the line, Round 2 provides another opportunity for drivers to make their mark early in the season.

Manjimup's tight confines are sure to test both drivers and machinery, with little room for mistakes and plenty of opportunities for some close, hard-fought racing!

🏁 WHO WILL CONQUER MANJIMUP?

Can Dickinson continue his winning form, or will we see a new face standing on the top step of the podium?

One thing is certain — the Limited Sprintcars will be ready to put on a show!

FIVE NEW STARS MAKING THEIR DEBUT!

The excitement is building as we get ready to GO GREEN this Saturday, 24th October, for the opening night of the 2026/2027 season at Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway!

FIVE NEW STAR JUNIORS – ONE BIG MILESTONE!

One of the highlights of this weekend’s meeting will be welcoming FIVE New Star Junior Sedan drivers to the track for their very first race meeting!

Every speedway driver has to start somewhere, and we can’t wait to see these young racers take to the track, experience the excitement of race night and begin their speedway journey.

Be sure to give these young guns plenty of support as they line up for their first taste of competition. The future of speedway is looking bright!

The wait is almost over, speedway fans! After months of preparation and some major track fencing upgrades, the Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway is ready to GO GREEN this Saturday, 24th October, for the opening night of the 2026/2027 season!

FLETCHER MILENTIS IS COMING IN HOT!
After taking the win at Collie Speedway over the weekend, Fletcher Milentis will be heading to Manjimup looking to carry that winning momentum into our season opener!

Can Fletcher make it back-to-back wins and kick off his season in style on home soil? We can’t wait to see how he goes when the green flag drops!

After some time away from racing, we’re excited to welcome back local favourite David Fall in his #10 Street Stock!

Dave is always a competitive racer and never shy of a good front-row battle, so we’re looking forward to seeing him back on track at Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway!

But that’s not all… Dave is bringing along his young son Patrick Fall, who will be making his debut in the New Star Junior Sedans! How exciting to see the next generation of racers coming through and following in Dad’s footsteps!

SEASON OPENER DOUBLES AS AMR CLUB POINTS!

The countdown is on!

Our season opener on Saturday, 24th October 2026, at Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway is bringing even more to the table, with members of the Trade Hire Augusta Margaret River Speedway Club having the opportunity to earn valuable additional club points!

Our two clubs have built a strong relationship over the years and work closely together to support speedway in the South West. By working together, sharing opportunities and supporting our competitors, we help keep the sport thriving and give drivers more chances to get out on track and compete.

We’re proud to welcome AMR members to Manjimup for our opening night and look forward to seeing plenty of familiar faces, great racing and some friendly competition as we kick off the 2026/2027 season!

Want to showcase your business at Australia's biggest Production Sedan event?

The Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway is offering Partnership Proposals for the 2027 Timber Town Throwdown on February 27 and 28, 2027.

Named the 2026 Speedway Sedans Western Australia Event of the Year, Tyrepower Manjimup Speedway is looking to go bigger and better for the second running of the Throwdown.

After last year’s corporate tent on the front straight, we are also pleased to announce that all three partnership levels will have access to the facilities, so you can enjoy the action from the front straight while being treated to some of the best country hospitality speedway has to offer.

This Sunday the 18th October we are holding a Busy Bee out the track from 9am onwards.

Some big and small jobs to tick off the list in preparation for our season opener next weekend!
A few hours work then we can have a bbq lunch and some light refreshments.

Many hands make light work so if you can spare an hour or two come out.

📢 Race Day Reminder for Competitors & Crews 📢

As we get ready for our first race meeting of the season, we'd like to remind all competitors and crew members of a few important Speedway Australia requirements. Please take the time to check that you're compliant before arriving at the track.

✅ Rule 2.2.1
Competitors' licences must display the specific racing division they are nominated to compete in. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including fines of up to $1,000 and/or suspension.

✅ Rule 2.2.7
All Junior Licence holders must have a parent or guardian who holds a valid Annual Licence. Please note that One Day Licences do not meet this requirement.

✅ Junior Pit Access
Competitors under 12 years of age are not permitted in the pit area unless they are actively participating in competition.

✅ New Star Juniors
Following the recent rule changes, competitors aged 13 years and over must have a printed copy of their approved exemption available for officials to sight upon request.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide a safe, compliant, and enjoyable race meeting for everyone. We look forward to seeing you all at the track! 🏁🏎️
