Probably the shops biggest ever job sprayed out.
Wild candy over black base. 6 coats of a clear so I can cut it flawlessly flat.

Finally the new spray booth is ready to go.

We have 6 big resto’s in final primer, ready to block out and paint. Plus some in the prep stages.

We have a full time talented spray painter on board and will be taking on more work as there is 5 of us now across two shops.

Hq 4 door in for mini tubs to the rail and shortened 9” to fit 275. 50. 15’s with some decent dish. Shortened the diff 3” either side and relocated the bump stops.
This was a painted car so air tools and fullly tig welded.
Tubs look tidy.
We have a good crew of 4 now, soon to be 5 and our goal moving forward with fab jobs like this is a small to no lead time and quick turn around.

Couple of mechanical and customs exhausts through the shop last week.

Pete’s Xp coupe 347, c4 combo.
We fitted a larger mustang fuel tank.
We moved it over to center the tank and steel’d out either side to make room for pipes
Carried out a couple of small mechanical jobs, then we then built a twin 3” for it.
Very cool owner built car by Pete.

Shane’s ( kirky) Vn commodore.
We fitted the l98 t56 combo and conversion kit.
Painted the new long range tank. Engine. Booster etc
Modded the trans crossmember for proper alignment then build a twin 3” into single 4” stainless exhaust. Fun getting it all over the diff but it looks tidy and clean.

Two of the shops big hitters made some milestones last week.

The wild eh Ute’s in black final primer. We also did full final dummy up to make sure we’re happy with the final look.
It’s Ready to split apart for jam prep, Spray inside and underbody. Then it’s block out and paint time.

The Ht Monaro went into high build after extensive body work. We fitted every mould, Every trim, All the glass on refurbished regs and runners.
Just to make sure everything fits how it should after its floor pan up rebuild.

Followers and friends.

We have expanded to a second shop in the same complex and also expanded our team to 4!
This means we can offer more of what we do and we are ready to take on jobs now.

We offer the same quality specialised work as we always have and more.

We have a down draft spray booth arriving in weeks plus a fitted out second shop separating clean from dirty.

Custom fab / body works shop with a hoist, prep booth and a nice clean assembly /mechanical shop with two hoists and new booth

We’ll be servicing all the smaller jobs we plain simply couldn’t do before.

Smaller to large spray jobs. No insurance work atm sorry.
Resto work, panel and paint.
Custom mechanical fit outs.
Assembly and body fit outs
Mechanical maintenance and repairs. Not looking to do later model log book servicing (keeping it in our old school field)
Engine building.
Wild custom fab work / specialist welding.
Custom headers, exhausts.
Chassis works.
Conversions, engineering and engineering guidance.
Basic wiring, Efi wiring and wiring fit outs.

Another ls build.
Ls1 for Shane.
Later model rods and crank
Bored 010 over size. New pistons. Hastings rings, king bearings. New cam bearings.
Serviced cylinder heads with new springs, collets and retainers for a VCM710 cam kit.
New double row timing chain and Mellings oil pump. Ls7 lifters and new buckets.
Brand new gm rocker arms.

All covers, sump have been aqua blasted by rmp finishing.

Shane’s vn been in for some under body works

We clearanced the inner tubs for bigger rubber

Completely stripped the under body.

Scrubbed, sanded and cleaned it all down.

Pressed out and fitted all new bushes.

Every component painted satin black.

All fitted back together with new suspension and steering components.

We cleaned up his l98. fitted a new sump, sprayed it back ready to drop in.

It’s now Back on the ground steering and ready for mechanical fit out

We completed this job in and out in just over a week.
