We all know the handbrake is the enemy , burning out brakes and bearings when we inevitably leave the bloody thing on beacause Bob stopped to chat. Even when they are used they don’t actually stop you rolling UNLESS you use your winch ….. yep , that’s right the winch ! Hahahha this guy had the bright idea to use the winch to hold the cable brake on or maybe it’s a reminder for him to take it off when he sees it. Who knows , but I haven’t seen it before and thought it was comical 😁 we see some very strange things , this was less strange and more ingenious 😆
Either way, I hope he remembers to take it off before he leaves 👍🏼

Just as part of his routine with standard ford/holden hubs Ric always uses new dust caps and seals them on so they don’t fall off and bounce around , therefor keeping your bearings protected longer from dirt dust and moisture.….. coz this is what they look like when they come off inside your decorative caps. Plus they makes all kinds of noise that you just don’t want.
