One tough and tidy HQ Monaro! 🔥
Small-block Chev, 4-speed manual and plenty of old-school muscle!

This beautiful HQ was in the workshop to have its existing exhaust cut-outs removed.

We fabricated a pair of new sections to connect the headers back into the existing exhaust system, keeping everything neat, tucked away and properly aligned, before finishing in KBS Satin Black.

A relatively straightforward modification, but one where the finer details make all the difference.

Always good to have another classic Holden on the hoist!

Tough HT Monaro through the shop 🔥

This one came in needing a pair of tailpipes added to the existing system to get it ready for rego inspection.

With the fuel and brake line routing leaving no sensible path over the diff, we took the tailpipes under the diff, keeping plenty of clearance while still tucking them up nicely before finishing them in satin black 👌

Sometimes the best custom work is the stuff you barely notice. 🔥

This blown Hemi coupe came to us running side pipes with one simple request — take the edge off the volume without taking the attitude out of the car.

Simple in concept. Custom in ex*****on.

With the underside already packed with suspension, driveline and fuel system, space was at a premium.

We tucked a pair of Lukey 3” straight-through mufflers up inside the chassis and custom fabricated the 3” pipework to integrate them neatly into the existing side pipes.

Everything was built around keeping the mufflers high, protected and tucked away, while retaining the side-pipe layout that suits this car so well.

The result?

Less volume. Same attitude. No compromise on the look.

And when you stand back and look underneath, it doesn’t look like a pair of mufflers have been added.
It looks like they were always meant to be there.

That’s custom exhaust work done properly. 👌

1HD-FTE TROOPY 🔥

This Troopy came in chasing a little more volume from the 1HD-FTE, so we fabricated a 3” 409 stainless muffler delete section to replace the existing muffler.

We built it bolt-in / bolt-out, keeping the fitted system untouched. If the owner ever wants to refit the muffler, it’s a simple swap — no cutting or re-fabrication required.

Clean. Simple. Reversible.

DOUBLE TROUBLE 👑👑

Two V8 100 Series LandCruisers through the workshop this week, both upgraded with Pacemaker King Brown 409 Stainless Steel Exhaust Systems.

Better flow, a tougher note and two very stoked owners heading home with their Cruisers sounding the way a V8 should.

Few 4WDs are as iconic as the 60 Series LandCruiser, and this tidy old girl deserved an exhaust built to last.

We fabricated a complete 3-inch mandrel-bent system from 409 stainless steel,

The entire system is tucked neatly along the chassis, with plenty of clearance over the rear axle, even at full suspension compression.

Classic LandCruiser looks, now with a strong and serviceable exhaust system built for real 4WD use.

A tidy upgrade for this beautiful Falcon. 🔥

The existing twin system was still good but has mismatched mufflers, so the exhaust note needed some attention. We fitted a pair of straight-through stainless mufflers, carefully modifying the existing pipework and fitting up to the existing tail pipes.

A straightforward upgrade that dialled in the note without replacing a perfectly usable system.

This 73 Series LandCruiser has been converted to Toyota’s ever-reliable 1HZ diesel—but an off-the-shelf exhaust system wasn’t going to fit properly.

We started with a 2.5-inch mandrel-bent Manta system, then modified it to suit the conversion. Everything was positioned for good clearance and finished with high temp Manta Grey paint.

A proven system, properly adapted to the vehicle.

We had a cracking turnout for the first one, so we’re doing it again!

Bring the car down, park up and enjoy a laid-back Friday night with a bunch of like-minded car people.
