BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATION
About the Role
We are looking for an all rounder to fulfill the day-to-day administrative duties of our business.
• Reception/Customer Service – face to face and on the phone.
• Managing emails and responding efficiently.
• Accounts Receivable/Payable.
• Prepare Payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements and IAS/BAS.
• Data entry into industry packages. (Training supplied).
• Filing and other administrative duties as required.
• Parts receivable, sourcing and returns.
Skills and Experience
• Excellent Customer Service.
• Bookkeeping experience (MYOB advantageous).
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft.
• Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Attention to detail.
• Work under pressure.
• Friendly, approachable, reliable.
• Organised, mature thinking, can do attitude.
Benefits
• Full time position. Open to negotiation for the right person.
• Monday to Thursday – 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 2pm. Open to negotiation for the right person.
• Starting pay rate – Casual, Level 4, Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020. Open to negotiation for the right person.
• After trial period – Permanent, Level 5, Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020.
