Some more 2 wheel related bits. This time on one of the Benny Stevens Amputee - Fuelled Motorsport Beasts. Pipes and engine chassis. I'm very Glad that Benny was ok with putting it all back together himself 😅

This is the result of being left in a wet gun bag inside a safe. Unfortunately once metal is pitted, not a lot can be done to repair it without spending a lot of time and money.
Cerakote however can do an impressive job of cleaning up neglected items and ensure that they then remain rust free for years to come.

Ryan dropped in to see if we could do his pipes in C series burnt bronze. Given they were going on a high performance engine and would no doubt see some real heat, we decided to do some experimenting and coat them first in our most popular and highest performing coating Glacier black. After some final test fitting, Ryan brought them back for their top coat of burnt bronze. The results were a stella looking set of headers and after initial start up and running the engine up to temp they are holding up 100%.
The real test will be to see how they go during the dyno tuning process but looks very promising.
