NQ Car & Truck Rentals is looking for a bright, friendly and reliable Casual

Office Assistant to join our team! 🚗🚚

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience, learn new skills and earn some extra money while being part of a busy, fun workplace.

Would ideally suit a school student looking for casual work around their studies, and we would also be happy to consider a School-Based Traineeship for the right person.

You’ll be helping with things like:

✨ Answering phones
✨ General office/admin duties
✨ Vehicle hire paperwork
✨Checking in & out vehicles
✨ Keeping the office organised
✨ No two days are the same!

The important bits:

👉 Casual position
👉 Weekend work will be required
👉 Extra hours available covering school holidays, staff holidays & busy periods
👉 Full training provided — attitude is more important than experience!
👉 Able to work unsupervised at times

We’re looking for someone who is:

⭐ Friendly and confident
⭐ Reliable and punctual
⭐ Comfortable talking to customers
⭐ Keen to learn
⭐ Comfortable using computers
⭐ Happy to work as part of a team

You don’t need office experience, we can teach you the job! We’re looking for someone with a great personality, a good work ethic and the willingness to have a go.
