Last Thursday, our Mackay-based Frontline team came together for the 2026 Frontline Day.

It was a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, bring everyone together, discuss important business topics, share knowledge and laughs, connect as a team and recognise the people who make Frontline what it is.

A huge thank you to MainStay Suites Mackay for providing a fantastic venue and for looking after us with their great hospitality.
We’d also like to thank Jamie Woods from Australian Retirement Trust and Jason Theaker from Total Team Building for their time and contribution to the day. Your sessions and activities helped make Frontline Day both valuable and enjoyable for the team.

And of course, a big thank you to the team at X-Golf Mackay for hosting our post-function social event. It was a great way to finish the day, with plenty of laughs, a bit of friendly competition and some quality time together outside of work.

Days like this are a reminder that while the work we do is important, it’s the people behind the business who make the biggest difference.

Thanks to everyone who came along and helped make Frontline Day 2026 a great one. We’re proud of the team we’ve built and the culture we continue to grow at Frontline.
