Junior Receptionist

Direct Automotive Repairs and Adelaide Truck & Bus Rentals are based in Lonsdale, south of Adelaide.
We are looking for a full time Junior Receptionist to assist our Office Manager and our accounts team with training provided on site.
Your daily activities will include, but not be limited to:
• Manage all incoming calls with ability to adapt between companies with each call.
• General office reception duties & clerical support
• Bookings for both mechanical work and vehicle hire
• Scanning and accurate data entry
• Assisting with sorting of courier deliveries
• Filing & archiving
• Manage emails and Outlook folders.
• Assist with maintaining our database.
• Other ad hoc duties relating to each business.
• Liaising with the Office Manager, accounts team, Service Advisor & Director
• Reporting to the Office Manager & Director
You will have the following attributes:
• Computer literacy with good MS Office knowledge
• You must be reliable, well presented & well spoken.
• Commitment to following instructions & abiding by company standards & procedures.
• Good organisation & communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks & display initiative in a fast-paced office.
• Excellent time management
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in the office.
• Professional/appropriate dress sense
• Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage but is not essential.

Huge "shout out" to Raine & Horne Morphett Vale for organizing donations to be taken down to all those in need right now on Kangaroo Island. Initially they needed a truck but ended up filling two! Owner of Adelaide Truck & Bus Rentals and Direct Automotive Repairs, Paul McGinity even offered & drove one of the trucks down to the drop off point in Yankalilla this weekend. Might not be much, but hoping our time is helping somebody, somewhere down in KI. Our thoughts are with you all.
