🚨 ROADSIDE BREAKDOWN

We received the call after this trailer suffered a bearing failure, resulting in one of the wheels coming off.

After assessing the situation, we were able to get the trailer back on the road with a fresh set of wheel bearings and the necessary repairs to get everything safely back together.

This is exactly why regular trailer servicing is so important.

🔧 Trailer Rebuild & Suspension Upgrade

This trailer came in needing a serious freshen-up, so we gave it a complete makeover.

🔩 New axle
🔩 New leaf springs and suspension hardware
🛞 New tyres and wheels
🎨 Fresh gloss black paint
🔧 Full assembly and inspection

The old suspension and axle were showing their age, so rather than just patching things up, we replaced the running gear and gave the trailer a complete freshen-up.

Finished off in gloss black, it’s come up looking like a completely different trailer and is ready to get back to work.

🔧 Another trailer upgrade completed!

Out with the old 39mm round axle and 1,000kg-rated leaf spring setup, and in with a brand-new 45mm square axle and 9-leaf spring setup rated to 1,400kg.

We also fitted brand-new tyres and rims to finish off the upgrade. 💪

While this doesn’t increase the trailer’s legal ATM, it gives the trailer a stronger axle and suspension setup, along with the peace of mind that it’s better equipped for whatever the job and journey may bring.

🔧 Boat Trailer Repair 🛠️

A boat trailer came in with old, rusty U-bolts and fish plates that were well overdue for replacement.

We removed the old hardware and fitted new U-bolts and fish plates to get it back into shape and ready for the road — just in time for a trip up to 1770. 🌊🚤

Jockey wheel bracket replacement.

The old, damaged bracket was cut off and a new one welded into place — simple, clean and ready to get the trailer back on the road. 💪
