Another New Exclusive Product from Harrisons.

EH Stainless Steel Fuel Cap Spill Trays & locking petrol cap update.

I’ve received more samples & more trial fitting has been done on several vehicles, including a ute .
Note these won’t fit a ute or panel van ,without modifying because of the outward curve of the quarter panel,below the fuel cap .

They will fit a sedan or wagon,with or without a stainless steel side moulds.
They will fit sedans & wagons with side moulds, by using washers in between the back of the spill tray & the body, to give the extra clearance required,to clear the side moulding,using the Original screws.

I bent one sample up a bit for side moulding clearance, on our Eh, it puts a bit of a kink in it,as per photos.
In saying that, looking at the later model ones, they do have a bit of a kink, so you can use either option.

Please advise if you have side moulds & i will include the spacers, with the spill tray & locking petrol cap kit.

Further testing indicates, you can use the Original Eh bigger diameter fuel caps, with these spill trays as well , as in photos.

As you can see in the photos, the final samples have been highly polished , front & back, to a mirror finish.
Even surprised me, how good they look.

Current introductory pricing is $150 including GST, for new Stainless spill tray & locking fuel cap kit, or $100 spill tray only.
Note these were never available though Holden as an accessory, that’s why I’ve made them.

Pick up is in Logan Village, Brisbane Southside, or we can pack & send them on a Courier, with tracking & insurance,Australia Wide or post Overseas,at Customers expence.
Those that have prepaid will receive their orders first.

The next item I’m getting made,will be the EH centre bonnet mould, which will be better than Factory.
I’m looking at making them in solid alloy,so the ends don’t break off & they won’t pit like the Original die cast ones.
Alloy polished looks Great, but it dulls off over time.
Not many can chrome Alloy,but my Chromer can, using a Special bonding agent.
Alloy chromed looks Spectacular & is low maintenance, a quick sq**rt with MR Sheen & a wipe with a microfibre cloth & it’s done.

After that I’ll consider making the windsplits in the same materials, but ours will have the pins in the correct spot, no drilling extra holes.

I’m also considering making the FB - EK - EJ- EH Clocks, subject to demand, minimum quantities required & cost.
They will be made with a better Electronic movement.

With the excellent test results from our EJ EH Heater/Air-conditioners, we are now asking those on our list or who have paid a deposit to contact us,to confirm your desired system configuration & delivery details, if not picking up.

Some people will want full electric system - others will want mechanical and some box only.
This information will help us have all the quantities required to ship your units.
While we have already exceeded the units available on our list, we understand that not everyone will go ahead at this time.
Therefore I will keep accepting expressions of interest.
If someone drop out, it will go to the next person on the list.

Classic Car Air , EJ EH factory style heater air-conditioners update.

I'm pleased to announce I am more than happy with the performance of our electric units.
For the tech-heads: We have an average Delta T of 16.6C - this is the heat differential between the non recycled air coming in and the temperature at the output - all while only consuming 55amps.
In the world of automotive air-conditioning, this is considered a 10 out of 10.
It's taken far longer than I expected,but the results speak for themselves.
Having built, tested and proven, I am now ready to move forward to the assembly stage.
I expect the first of these units to become available from Next month.
Keep your eyes on our page for a solid release date.

• Heater /Electric AC System less condenser fan

Suits new electric install where you are using your own condenser fan or utilising your engine thermo fan to cool your condenser

• Heater/ Mechanical AC System less condenser fan
$3995 + freight
Suits new Mechanical AC install where you are using your own condenser fan or utilising your engine thermo fan to cool your condenser

• Full Heater/Electric AC System with 11" condenser fan
$4085 + freight
Suits user with no existing AC installation

• Full Heater/Mechanical AC System with 11" condenser fan
$4135 + freight
Suits user with no exiting AC installation

1. Mechanical systems do not include AC compressor bracket

2. Electric systems do not include high powered alternator.

3. Condenser fan does not come with shroud

These systems are not available until (estimated) before the end of Winter 2026,ready for Summer.

Pick Up is in Logan Village , Brisbane Southside or they will be well packed & delivered at Customers Expence.

If your not ready for one yet, im happy to take a deposit & Lay-by, that way you can pay it off over a number of weeks , rather than having to pay a lump sum.

Heater boxes are Made in Australia in 1.1mm 304 Stainless steel, so they won’t rust from the condensation from the airconditioning & the boxes are powdered coated for a long term hard finish.
The photo is of a remade stainless heater box , an exact copy of Original.
The white Premier heater switch in photo is a Genuine one, for photo purposes as we’re still waiting on the replica switches.
The Dartford grey & white samples have been approved & in production. The ute van Special heater boxes will come with the grey switch& the Premiers with come with the white switch & wring to suit the console.

Note Hd- Hr & Hk-HT & HT will be the next models made & work has already started on these.
Other Early Holden’s & Early Fords will also be made.

Classic Car Air update.

EJ EH factory style Air-conditioner/Heater -
Available for all body types & with a white switch,to suit Premier console.

It's an air-conditioner/heater - an exact copy of Factory heater box,
Made in Australia,in a 304 Stainless Steel ,so it won’t rust.

Available with electric compressor, if you want to maintain the Factory look of your car & you control it off the Factory dash controls & the copy of the Factory switch, on the heater box or Premier console.
No one will know you have air conditioning, but you.
Also available with a mechanical compressor.

With the goal posts in sight, we are collecting more expressions of interest,for our heater/air conditioning systems.

Our first run is 50 units.
From that 50 there are about 18 units left for reservation. (at time of this post)

Classic Car Air Update

You all probably think I fell off the end of the earth.
Fact is I've been busy working on some new bits plus our AC system.
So where we at with our EJ EH AC systems?
Firstly I'd like to apologise for taking so long.

After installing our 1st production unit I found there was a few improvements that could be made.

We are at the end of this list, however I will test our revised unit thoroughly before announcing our release date.

I'd rather apologise for the time taken than deliver a product that could do with a some further refinements - do it once, do it right.

For those that have paid a deposit , please Email your delivery address if not picking up .
A work or business address is preferred, so someone’s available to sign & take delivery.

I’ve got a pair of Hr callipers I’m restoring & found a fine crack In the back of the left hand calliper.
Anyone got any bits laying around , or a Left calliper,or happy to buy a pair. Doesn’t matter if they’ve been laying around , rusty or seized , we can fix it.

Anyone wants Genuine Early Holden or Ford brakes, fully Reconditioned & stainless steel sleeved , give us a call .
I’ve probably already got it in stock or we can do your parts , any make or model.
We Done some 58 Mainline parts last year , doesn’t matter what they’re off.
I won’t sell the cheap Chinese Junk that doesn’t look Original , they use cheap rubbers that generally leak in 6 months or so & eat the new paint off your firewall,or the wheel cylinders leak & saturate your brake shoes costing you more money.
Stainless steel sleeving is the only way to go, ideal for the Collector Cars, especially if you’re not driving it every day.
You don’t get the corrosion & you won’t get sticky or seized brakes.
A stainless steel sleeved cylinder will outlast a new Genuine Holden or Ford cylinder, that are near impossible to find these days & if you do they’re usually an arm & a leg.
