Does anyone have or no anyone that has a cable kit to suit a T Bar shifter to a V/ 8 C4 Ford Automatic transmission.
If not maybe a complete setup , but cable preferred as I have shifter.

Also want old EJ- EH - HD - HR interior sunvisors to restore, so I can have them on the shelf done , so there’s no waiting months ,to get things done.
It doesn’t matter how bad they are, we strip them back to the bare metal frame, rust proof & paint it & everything else is new, Concours. Dont through them, we’ll restore & recycle them.

Also buying your old Genuine Holden, PBR, Ford, Girlock , Girling brake & clutch components to Recondition & Stainless Steel Sleeve, to increase my huge range of stock , so there’s no waiting, especially if your cars an everyday driver, you can be back on the road same day.

If you’ve done a big brake upgrade or replaced you cylinders with Cheap Chinese ones, don’t throw your old Genuine Parts , I’ll recondition & stainless sleeve them , you will need them, as the new Chinese cylinders usually leak in 6 months or so because of the poor Quality rubbers used.
I don’t have FX-FJ Brake master cylinders , Lh - Lx alloy Callipers , to name a few.

Ideally a goer & NSW registered, but not essential .

I’ve got plenty of assorted Holden & Ford NOS & used parts & Happy to swap for parts for our cars. I may have the parts you want.

Classic Car Air-EJ-EH Electric/Mechanical heater-Air conditioning Update



All upgrades have been done & approved.
Assembly has commenced on the Australian Made, Stainless Steel Factory look EJ- EH Electric/ Mechancal heater box,air conditioning kits.
They will be dispatched in order of deposits paid.

The Beauty of these units is, they fit in the Factory position, work off the Factory dash controls, & Factory look heater switch, look Factory & no one will know you have air conditioning,but you & your Grateful passengers.

I’n the meantime we are sending out the external kits,so you can start assembly.
Because of the combined size & weight of the complete kits, they cant be sent in one parcel, so it’s not going to cost you any extra, to send the external kits out now ,so you can start fitting & the heater box will follow in the near future, in order of deposits , as they’re assembled.

Most Parcels will be well packed & sent out with tracking, through Australia Post.
We recommend you add insurance, that’s your decision.
Pick up can be made at Logan Village, Southeast Brisbane, by appointment.

More options have been added, a bracket for the electric compressor has been designed, if you want to mount the electric compressor out of sight & under the mudguard, as shown in previous posts.
The brackets are $99including GST.
A Ten piece Alloy Bulkhead fitting kit is also available.
If you want a neat & tidy hidden fitting,as per photos in previous posts, you will need this kit,to run the hoses 90 degrees to compressor, kit costs $169 .
Otherwise you can run the hoses through the firewall with rubber grommets & into the engine bay, but it won’t look as good.
New demister kits, vents & socks are available if required $240 for a 4 piece kit.

Classic Car Air-EJ-EH Electric/Mechanical heater-Air conditioning Update



Fitting, testing & upgrades have been done,the first batch of Australian Made Stainless Steel boxes, are ready for the Electric & Mechanical,EJ- EH Factory Look , heater air conditioning units.

Now assembly begins, all other components have been made,tested & some upgraded,to further improve the Performance.
Yes it’s taken longer than expected, but we want to put out a top unit at the outset , not rush to get them out the door, only to keep chopping, changing & upgrading Components.

What’s available now is the Best that can be done, it will be well worth the wait & in time for Summer.
You won’t be disappointed.

Orders will got out in order of deposits or payments .

EH Stainless Steel Fuel Cap Spill Trays & locking petrol cap update.

I’ve received more samples & more trial fitting has been done on several vehicles, including a ute .
Note these won’t fit a ute or panel van ,without modifying because of the outward curve of the quarter panel,below the fuel cap.

My stainless moulding repairer has a couple of my samples & is seeing what he can do ,to modify them to suit utes & vans.

They will fit a sedan or wagon,with or without a stainless steel side moulds.
They will fit sedans & wagons with side moulds, by using washers in between the back of the spill tray & the body, to give the extra clearance required,to clear the side moulding,using the Original screws. I will include 6 stainless steel washers If you advise me you have side mouldings.

I bent one sample up a bit for side moulding clearance, on our Eh, it puts a bit of a kink in it,as per photos.
In saying that, looking at the later model ones, they do have a bit of a kink, so you can use either option.

Further testing indicates, you can use SOME of the Eh bigger diameter fuel caps depending on brand,with these spill trays as well , as in photos.

As you can see in the photos, the final samples have been highly polished , front & back, to a mirror finish.
Even surprised me, how good they look.

Current introductory pricing is $170 including GST, for new Stainless spill tray & locking fuel cap kit, or $150 for spill tray only, packed & delivered to most areas , with tracking & insurance.

Note these were never available though Holden as an accessory, that’s why I’ve made them.
I stock & make & restore heaps of parts for these models & many other Early Holden’s & Fords & HEAPS of AUSTRALIAN MADE PARTS.

If you’re having trouble getting through on the phone.

The next item I’m getting made,will be the EH centre bonnet mould, which will be better than Factory.
I’m looking at making them in solid alloy,so the ends don’t break off & they won’t pit like the Original die cast ones.
Alloy polished looks Great, but it dulls off over time.
Not many can chrome Alloy,but my Chromer can, using a Special bonding agent.
Alloy chromed looks Spectacular & is low maintenance, a quick sq**rt with MR Sheen & a wipe with a microfibre cloth & it’s done.

After that I’ll consider making the windsplits in the same materials, but ours will have the pins in the correct spot, no drilling extra holes.

I’m also considering making the FB - EK - EJ- EH Clocks, subject to demand, minimum quantities required & cost.
They will be made with a better Electronic movement.

With the excellent test results from our EJ EH Heater/Air-conditioners, we are now asking those on our list or who have paid a deposit to contact us,to confirm your desired system configuration & delivery details, if not picking up.

Some people will want full electric system - others will want mechanical and some box only.
This information will help us have all the quantities required to ship your units.
While we have already exceeded the units available on our list, we understand that not everyone will go ahead at this time.
Therefore I will keep accepting expressions of interest.
If someone drop out, it will go to the next person on the list.

Classic Car Air , EJ EH factory style heater air-conditioners update.

I'm pleased to announce I am more than happy with the performance of our electric units.
For the tech-heads: We have an average Delta T of 16.6C - this is the heat differential between the non recycled air coming in and the temperature at the output - all while only consuming 55amps.
In the world of automotive air-conditioning, this is considered a 10 out of 10.
It's taken far longer than I expected,but the results speak for themselves.
Having built, tested and proven, I am now ready to move forward to the assembly stage.
I expect the first of these units to become available from Next month.
Keep your eyes on our page for a solid release date.

Those that have paid deposits will get theirs first, in the order we received them.
